Isolation of a human lactoferrin biosimilar from frozen milk of goat producers

چکیده
This study offers an additional source of information on isolation and purification the human lactoferrin biosimilar from frozen milk goat producers. Thanks to application improved technique raw material degreasing, a filtrate with complete absence fat part was obtained, which as result had favorable effect yield properties finished product, whose quality confirmed by methods MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry microbiological analysis. As 135 g obtained 75 liters milk.
